Oops, I decorated for fall!

Even bigger oops... I actually started decorating last week. I have no shame! Here are the DEETS!

My mom helped me make this "happy fall" banner! I scaled down a shape my mom had already used for another banner. I used stencils to paint on the letters in - what I referred to as - a gradient pattern. Buuuut basically, it turned out more like candy corn.  My mom had this precious gold trim that she added to the top, finished off the ends with my mom's handmade fabric flowers and VOILA!

The frame on the left was an incredibly sweet gift from the family who lived in our house previously. They left it for us the day we closed! It includes our address, so for obvious reasons I blocked it out. :)

My mom decoupaged the letters as decor for Drew & I's wedding. (Have I mentioned how incredibly creative she is?!) They've been sitting on our mantle since then, and I decided to leave them up there. The leaf-covered pumpkin was a centerpiece at our church's annual charity gala that I was "forced" to take home. ;)

The wreath is from Target ages ago! It was a staple on my apartment door from September to November, and I figured it would be a waste not to use it at our house also.

The pumpkin candle holders were around $4 a piece at Michael's. I thought they were pretty precious. :)

Another decoupage project of my mother's! It's very Day of the Dead, and I just adore it.

With love,
- The girl who cannot wait to cover her porch with skeletons, bats and spider webs next month!
